About the role

Wessex Garages has an opportunity for someone with a passion for customer retention to begin an exciting career in the motor trade at a long-established, multi-franchise car dealership. This role involves working with our four franchises to improve and co-ordinate customer retention. The successful candidate will gather information required to perform analytics and report back to their Line Manager. The role involves accurately logging findings into our CRM database and spreadsheets. The role brings together a multitude of opportunities and marketing disciplines across the entire business. Therefore, the ability to work and interact with members of staff at various levels throughout all departments is a must. Strong organisational and communicative skills are also essential for this role.

You do not need to have motor trade experience, but the role would suit someone with previous customer retention, database or sales experience. Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm. A competitive package is available to the right person.
