Parts Advisor in Bristol

The role

We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate parts sales to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.
• Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Serve parts to in-house and retail customers.
• Manage stock deliveries and collections, including some lifting and carrying.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

• Motor parts experience is essential.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality work.
• A team player with a supportive and collaborative attitude.
• A friendly, enthusiastic personality with a positive approach to work.

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm and Saturdays
