Wessex Group is based in North Dorset, with over 60 years' experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security industry.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fleet Administrator.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining vehicle database including driver details, maintenance schedules, mileage and costs.
  • Compliance – Road tax, MOTs, Insurance,
  • Scheduling of preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
  • Dealing with accidents and breakdowns
  • Liaising with drivers and garages/suppliers.
  • Issuing fuel cards, and managing fuel card transactions and invoices
  • Calculating mileage payments/deductions
  • Production of various Fleet reports
