Wessex Group is based in North Dorset, with over 60 years’ experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security industry. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fleet Administrator.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining vehicle database including driver details, maintenance schedules, mileage and costs.
- Compliance – Road tax, MOTs, Insurance.
- Scheduling of preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Dealing with accidents and breakdowns.
- Liaising with drivers and garages/suppliers.
- Issuing fuel cards, and managing fuel card transactions and invoices.
- Calculating mileage payments/deductions.
- Production of various Fleet reports.
