Wessex Group is based in North Dorset, with over 60 years’ experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security industry. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fleet Administrator.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining vehicle database including driver details, maintenance schedules, mileage and costs.
  • Compliance – Road tax, MOTs, Insurance, Scheduling of preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Dealing with accidents and breakdowns.
  • Liaising with drivers and garages/suppliers.
  • Issuing fuel cards, and managing fuel card transactions and invoices.
  • Calculating mileage payments/deductions.
  • Production of various Fleet reports.
