Salary: £12.50 to £15.00 per hour

We are recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers, Home Care Workers, and Live-in Carers to support individuals in their own homes across Colchester and surrounding areas in Essex. This role is ideal for carers with home care or supported living experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community.

About the Role

You will be providing care and support to service users in their own homes, including:

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Medication prompts and assistance (where trained)
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting independence and dignity
  • Accurate record keeping and reporting

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in home care, domiciliary care, or supported living preferred
  • Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Must be drivers with own car due to community-based roles
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Applications will only be considered from candidates who already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
