Make a Difference in a Growth Marketing Manager role. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth within Wesleyan's medical division. You'll develop and deliver data-led marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, expand market reach and support sustainable business growth. Taking ownership of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, advertising and email, you'll use customer insights, performance data and testing to optimise results, improve conversion rates and maximise return on investment. This is a high-impact role combining strategic thinking, creativity and analytical expertise, with success measured through clear KPIs and the contribution marketing activity makes to business growth.
Your Impact Here's how you'll make a difference:
- Developing and delivering a data-driven growth marketing strategy to increase lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue across Wesleyan's medical division.
- Managing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, SEO and other digital channels to maximise performance and ROI.
- Identifying and testing new growth opportunities, acquisition channels and partnership initiatives to support business growth targets.
- Analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour and growth metrics, using data, insights and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.
- Working closely with sales, product, CRM and marketing teams, as well as external agencies.
