Make a Difference by being part of our Transformation Journey! Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex, high-impact change? We’re recruiting project management professionals to help drive our organisation-wide Transformation agenda. You’ll be working on a range of technical, cyber and legacy debt projects. We’re seeking individuals with proven experience in digital and data transformation, enterprise-level software implementation, strategic planning and roadmap delivery, legacy system replacement, and robust governance and procurement frameworks — ideally within a Financial Services environment. - Crafting robust business cases with clear benefits and maintaining tight cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring governance and compliance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, resource models, and status reports to keep everything on track.
- Engaging stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication from initiation to handover to BAU.
What You’ll Bring You’ll be an experienced Project Manager, bringing your energy, expertise, and a track record of successful delivery. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven experience in financial services, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ownership of projects with budgets ranging from £1m to £5m, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
- Experience delivering business-facing projects with technical, regulatory, or legislative components.
- Professional qualifications, such as APMP or PRINCE2 (minimum standard).

- Flexible hybrid working for better work-life balance.
- Company pension scheme – matched plus 2% (up to 10%).
- Free secure underground Birmingham city centre parking (subject to availability, weekend use included).
- Salary sacrifice schemes that help you provide the things that matter – to include PMI, Electric Vehicle Leasing and cashback on everyday essentials.
- Enhanced family leave and two volunteering days to give back to causes you care about.
