Responsibilities

  • We will provide you with the knowledge and resources that will enable you to become a true Specialist Financial Advisor to Medical professionals.
  • Following an initial assessment of your advice, experience and knowledge, we will enrol you on a bespoke onboarding programme that will cater to your learning requirements to allow you to excel as a recognised specialist that delivers complex advice to GP's and Hospital Doctors in your respective territory.
  • As well as having the ability to generate your own leads, our award‑winning marketing team will also provide you with high‑quality medical leads with strong potential for conversion.
  • You will have dedicated support from our medical paraplanning team as well as from the wider administrative teams, giving you time to focus on using your expertise to deliver complex advice to your customers.
  • We have a sizable team of Medical Relationship Coordinators who will book your appointments and work closely with you to ensure the schedule works for you.
  • Flexibility to manage workload and personal life.

  • You will have autonomy to use your expertise to determine what advice and products are best for your customers.

Qualifications

  • QCF Level 4 qualified (essential).
  • Competent Advisor Status; Chartered status would be advantageous.
  • Experience of providing financial planning in a regulated environment and ideally working with complex advice and wealth management.
  • A demonstrated ability to nurture and grow a customer base.
  • An ambitious attitude with a business growth mindset.
  • Proven history of building long‑lasting and meaningful customer relationships.
  • Innovation and practicality that supports optimum outcomes for you, our customers and our business.
  • A continuous thirst for knowledge that will support you in seeking better ways to serve your customers.
  • A strategic and innovative thinker with a pragmatic and inquisitive mindset.
  • Someone that is trustworthy, acts with ethical integrity.
  • Experience in identifying challenges that will impact customers and establishing solutions.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills who takes the time to truly understand the customer's needs, and leverages their expertise to offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations.
  • Experience of working against income budgets.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with an optional OT of £79,000.
  • Bonus scheme with a potential to earn 160% of salary per year (40% per quarter) with an additional maximum on‑target behaviour bonus of 15% (7.5% typical payout).
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 5 years at Wesleyan.
  • Car allowance of £6,050 per year.
