Make a Difference in Marketing
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Copy Studio Department. This is a pivotal role for a highly conceptual, detail‑driven designer who can deliver thoughtful, effective and visually compelling design solutions. You will play an integral part in shaping the creative direction of our brand, producing work that is both strategically aligned and impactful across a range of channels.
Your Impact
- Deliver high‑level conceptual design work that results in engaging, innovative and impactful creative solutions.
- Lead on a broad spectrum of design projects spanning digital, brand identity, experiential, print, web, email, social and press.
- Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into cohesive, eye‑catching creative concepts and campaigns.
- Drive outcomes that support business growth by generating new leads, increasing customer numbers, and elevating brand awareness.
- Enhance visibility and reach through creative execution that maximises exposure across channels.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior role in a design and marketing environment, with a comprehensive understanding of design and marketing principles.
- Strong idea generation and creative thinking ability.
- Ability to translate strategy into engaging designs and campaigns that deliver against business objectives.
- Able to prioritise and delegate workload effectively, scheduling tasks across the design team and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Experience in Figma is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar is preferred.
