The predicted salary is between 20800 - 26000 ÂŁ per year.

Your role:

The role is very multi skilled and varied role. You will be responsible for processing the business payments when required for purchase ledger, manual payments, chaps, intercompany transfers, regulatory pay-overs, reassurance payments and any other business payments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the daily processing of purchase invoices and consolidated invoices when required.
  • Assist in the daily and monthly reporting for both General Insurance and Fairs 3rd party business.
  • Support in the preparation of Bank and control reconciliations and associated journals.
  • Support the Investigation and resolution of any discrepancies that are generated from daily reports. Increasing knowledge and understanding of business processes.
  • Ensure both internal and external queries are appropriately responded to within agreed SLAs. Any support required is requested.
  • Previous experience working within purchase ledger or a finance admin role experience.
  • Must be IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and word.
  • Ability to plan and manage your workload with key deadlines.
  • Must have good communication skills and confidence to work closely with stakeholders.
