Our Creative Studio team sits at the heart of how we bring our brand to life, producing engaging, high-quality marketing and customer communications that support business growth. Working across a wide range of channels, the team ensures every touchpoint is consistent, compelling and aligned to our brand identity. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audience of Medics, Doctors and Dentists through impactful and visually engaging content.

Your Impact

  • Bring marketing briefs to life by creating high-quality, visually engaging artwork across digital, print, social, email and web.
  • Ensure brand consistency by applying and championing brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Adapt and develop campaign assets across multiple formats and channels to support integrated marketing activity.
  • Enhance the quality and accuracy of creative output through strong attention to detail, proofreading and artwork checks.
  • Use your creative insight and awareness of industry trends to continuously improve design approaches and production processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re a creative and detail-focused designer who enjoys turning ideas into engaging, high-quality visual content.
  • You’re confident working across multiple channels and formats, with the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re collaborative and approachable, able to interpret briefs and work closely with stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
  • You take pride in your work, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing work of a consistently high standard.
  • Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (essential) and Figma (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of design principles including composition, colour and typography, with accessibility in mind.
  • Experience producing artwork for both digital and print, including preparing files for production.
  • Strong knowledge of InDesign style sheets and artwork processes.
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work, with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems.
  • Experience retouching imagery and sourcing visual assets.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
