Wesleyan is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives within our Change team. You will assess business needs, model processes, and influence strategic decisions beyond day-to-day requirements.

The role blends analysis with stakeholder engagement, bridging technical and non-technical teams. Hybrid working with office in Birmingham or Oswestry, typically 2 days per week.

Contract: 12 Month FTC – 35 hours a week.
