Salary: Up to £24,480 based on skills and experience

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – 35 hours a week

Location: Hybrid working (office based in Birmingham) – typically 2 days in the office per week (you will be required to attend the office daily whilst on induction)

Make a Difference in our Support Relationship Centre. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality administrative support to our Support Relationship Coordinators, Specialist Financial Advisers, Field Support team, and inbound callers. You’ll take ownership of a variety of tasks, ensuring they are managed efficiently and followed through to completion while providing a seamless and professional service.

Your Impact Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Deliver timely, accurate administrative support, working collaboratively within the team
  • Manage queries from our Specialist Financial Advisers and colleagues via email and phone
  • Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to obtain and manage client policy information
  • Support appointment booking and ensure cases are fully prepared in line with SLAs
  • Maintain accurate system records and update policy details as required
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations throughout
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and best practice
  • Monitor performance against SLAs, proactively addressing any gaps
  • Appropriately escalate or hand over queries, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Ensure all activities comply with Data Protection, GDPR, and regulatory requirements
  • Support additional tasks and projects as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Your working hours will typically fall between 8:00am–4:00pm and 9:00am–5:00pm.
