Make a Difference in Support Relationship Centre. This role manages our Specialist Financial Advisers customer territories by prospecting and handling leads, primarily through compliant outbound calling. Its core aim is to improve lead quality and increase the number of high-quality first appointments booked into Specialist Financial Adviser’s diaries, in line with statutory, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- This role focuses on prospecting, lead management, and diary coordination to deliver high-quality appointments, events, and seminars for our Specialist Financial Advisers.
- It involves planning and executing customer contact activity, managing appointments through our CRM system and Outlook, maintaining accurate records, and providing researched customer insights to support informed consultations.
- The role also includes building strong working relationships with your Specialist Financial Adviser, optimising opportunities from multiple lead sources, managing diary changes and cancellations, and following up marketing and event activity.
- Performance is monitored against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on compliance, treating customers fairly, maintaining information security, and keeping product and industry knowledge up to date.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a target-driven environment, ideally within appointment scheduling, customer service, or sales.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
