Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex, high‐impact change? We're recruiting project management professionals to help drive our organisation‐wide Transformation agenda. We're seeking individuals with proven experience in digital and data transformation, enterprise‐level software implementation, strategic planning and roadmap delivery, legacy system replacement, and robust governance and procurement frameworks — ideally within a Financial Services environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the full end-to-end delivery of one or more strategic projects. You'll be instrumental in shaping outcomes that drive meaningful change across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining scope and mobilising the right teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Crafting robust business cases with clear benefits and maintaining tight cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring governance and compliance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, resource models, and status reports to keep everything on track.
- Engaging stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication from initiation to handover to BAU.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced Project Managers who bring energy, expertise, and a track record of successful delivery. Ideally, you'll have:
- Proven experience in financial services, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ownership of projects with budgets ranging from £1m to £5m, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
- Experience delivering business-facing projects with technical, regulatory, or legislative components.
- Professional qualifications, such as APMP or PRINCE2 (minimum standard).
28 days annual leave (plus 1 additional "culture day" & bank holidays) – increases to 30 days with 5 years' service
