Your role:

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and love keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a detail-driven problem solver to help us deliver seamless day-to-day operations on the Hubwise platform. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for monitoring platform activities, assigning tasks, and making sure everything ticks along like clockwork. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Platform Oversight Technician and play a key part in keeping our processes sharp and efficient. What you'll be doing:

  • Operational Support: Assist the Platform Oversight Technician and Manager with daily management, data preparation, and reporting for committees.
  • Compliance & Governance: Help ensure systems and controls meet regulatory standards (FCA, PRA, HMRC, ICO) and embed any required changes.
  • Platform Oversight: Monitor and complete daily platform activities, including handling escalations across Hubwise and related business units.
  • Reporting & Quality Assurance: Support regular analysis, data entry, and audits for key processes such as trades, fees, statements, and disclosures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, advisors, and internal teams; handle queries via phone, Teams, and email.
  • Communications: Assist in producing and issuing customer and advisor communications for Hubwise.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to procedure reviews, risk management oversight, and root cause analysis of complaints and breaches.
  • Advisor Support: Help tied advisors with application forms, data accuracy checks, and system inputs.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail. Ability to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas. Self-motivated, assertive, and accountable with a flexible, organised approach. Positive attitude towards change and a strong customer focus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ideally, some knowledge of investments, pensions, UCITS, unit trusts, With Profits funds, or SIPPs.
