Salary: Basic salary up to £26,000 / OTE up to £30,000 (dependent on skills and experience) Permanent. Enjoy True Flexibility. Hybrid Working with a Birmingham City Centre Base, working to a 40% office presence each month.

This role is a hybrid role, with maximum 60% of the time working from home and requires circa 1 out of every 4 Saturdays worked (9am - 1pm).

Your role:

  • Conduct fact-finding conversations over the telephone to understand clients’ needs and preferences.
  • Present Insurance solutions to new clients tailored to their need, searching through a range of market-leading providers to find the best policy for each client.
  • Overcome objections and highlight key benefits in order to bind insurance policies.
  • In line with our sales process ensure all payments are processed and documentations issued adhering to all FCA guidelines and regulations.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records on the CRM system.
  • Work as a team to ensure the best service to clients and deliver to agreed monthly sales and income target.
  • Generate future opportunities by cross selling other products and services.

We’re looking for:

  • Home and Motor experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (FCA / PRA) is essential.
  • Proven ability to provide advice and influence conversations.
  • Strong service background and great conversational skills.
  • Target-driven mindset and not afraid of closing.
