- A track record as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, building consensus and driving alignment
- Resilience and confidence in high-pressure, fast-moving environments

- Life & Pensions and/or Tech implementation experience
- Professional qualifications (ISEB, BCS, or IIBA) – desirable but not essential
What You Could Be Doing at Wesleyan
Depending on the level of role you’re matched to, responsibilities could include:
- Supporting or leading the planning, estimation, and scoping of BA workstreams
- Conducting discovery activity, analysing processes, and defining business needs
- Preparing documentation such as requirements, user stories, process maps, benefits plans, risk logs, and more
