About the RoleWe're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Community Care Workers. Bring your compassion and skills to our team in a role where even the small things you do make a difference. You will work one on one with clients in their home and community supporting their confidence to live independently as they choose!
As a Care Worker you will complete activities that include:
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
- Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan
- Support with Social and community engagement
- Assistance with transport of clients for shopping and appointments
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
