My client is a progressive, successful and growing niche Private Client law practice located in Southwest England providing exceptional customer service to HNW clients based locally, nationally and internationally. This includes working closely with professional advisors such as accountants and financial advisors to create and implement tax and estate planning solutions to meet the needs of its clients.

About the role

Are you a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with good technical skills in dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, Lifetime and Will Trusts, Probate and Administration of Estates? Are you ready for your next professional challenge? Overall, this is a unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who would relish and be excited by the chance to join a firm which is progressive and proactive, working on behalf of HNW clients and developing significant and valued relationships by delivering an extraordinary level of service and solutions.

To apply, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • At least three years post qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Currently working with a law firm that has a recognised Private Client practice
  • Able to manage your own caseload including dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, the establishment and management of Lifetime and Will Trusts, Probate and Administration of Estates
  • Knowledge and experience of advising in Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning is desirable
  • Be able to supervise and support junior members of staff

In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to participate in business development and marketing.
