Are you a qualified enthusiastic and motivated Conveyancer with excellent technical skills with experience of managing a full and wide caseload of residential property transactions?

My client is a well established law firm with a presence in Buckinghamshire who is seeking to appoint a qualified Conveyancer who could be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive ideally with between one and three years in experience although candidates with more experience to offer will also be of interest

  • Proven track record of handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property law, Land Registry procedures and mortgage lending requirements.
  • . Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using conveyancing case management systems.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client care
  • Provide excellent client care and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other
  • professionals.
  • Ensure files are progressed efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory and lender
  • requirements.
  • Have a strong understanding of ID, AML and source of funds obligations.
  • Be a strong team player with a solution focused attitude and commercial awareness.
  • Have good attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
