My client is a well established law firm with a presence in Buckinghamshire who is seeking to appoint a qualified Conveyancer who could be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive ideally with between one and three years in experience although candidates with more experience to offer will also be of interest
- Key skills & experience
- Proven track record of handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
- Strong knowledge of UK property law, Land Registry procedures and mortgage lending requirements.
- . Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using conveyancing case management systems.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client care
- Provide excellent client care and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other
- professionals.
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory and lender
- requirements.
- Have a strong understanding of ID, AML and source of funds obligations.
- Be a strong team player with a solution focused attitude and commercial awareness.
- Have good attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
