The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and technology-driven professional to support a UK-based property and real estate team remotely.
The successful candidate will manage, improve and recommend technology solutions that strengthen operational efficiency across the business.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with technology, CRM platforms, automation and digital process improvement.
Experience within the property, real estate, lettings or property management sector will be highly advantageous, particularly where this includes exposure to industry-specific systems and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise CRM platforms and business software.
- Review existing business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Research, test and implement new software, systems and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement.
- Support the implementation and integration of new systems and platforms.
- Assist with data management, reports and business dashboards.
- Provide first-line system support and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with third-party software providers and technology partners.
- Monitor system performance and ensure users receive appropriate support.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Train team members on new systems, tools and best practices.
- Remain informed about emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions.
- Manage multiple system-related projects and improvement initiatives simultaneously.
- Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a property, real estate, lettings or property management environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and cloud-based business software.
- Experience implementing, managing or improving business systems.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical technology solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Availability to work UK business hours from Monday to Friday.
