We're a growing HubSpot partner helping businesses get more from HubSpot through implementation, onboarding, CRM strategy, systems integration, and ongoing growth support. We're still a small team, which means this is not the kind of role where you disappear into a big company structure. You'll have real visibility, real ownership, and the chance to make a big impact on how we grow. We're looking for someone who is ambitious, and eager to grow with the company. Your core focus will be booking high-quality meetings, but this role goes far beyond that. You'll support the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to proposals and closing. You'll be in the room for every deal, building relationships with HubSpot reps, and learning how we sell. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility, with the goal of running your own sales process and closing deals yourself.
What you'll be doing:
- Following up inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Booking qualified meetings
- Running outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Cold calling confidently and consistently
- Researching target accounts and identifying the right people to contact
- Working prospect lists and turning intent signals into conversations
- Helping shape and improve our sales process
What we're looking for:
- 2 years of BDR experience in the SaaS industry
- Strong written and spoken English
- Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone
- High energy, resilience, and consistency
- Coachable, proactive, and comfortable in a small team
- Someone who wants to grow into a bigger commercial role over time
- HubSpot or CRM knowledge is a plus
Why join WeSimplifi?
- We're growing quickly
- You'll work directly with the founders
- You'll have real ownership from day one
- There is genuine progression into a closing role
- You'll help build the future sales function of the company
If you're ambitious, enjoy talking to people, and want a role where your work genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.
