We are recruiting for a number of CCTV Technical Specialists to equip our engineers with vital network insights to boost proactive maintenance, validate reactive fixes, and enhance overall efficiency.
Location: Durrington Head Office (Worthing, West Sussex)
Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum, depending upon experience

About the Role:
- Reviewing CCTV footage captured by engineers on waste networks attendances.
- Recommending further sewer cleaning works, including sewer rehabilitation.
- Ensuring all footage matches the activity requested.
- Raising engineer re-attendances where required to ensure works are completed correctly.
- Escalate any problems with CCTV footage.
- Liaising with Planners, Engineers, Field Management Teams and external Southern Water Stakeholders.
- Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them.
- Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties, tasks and projects requested by the management team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with care, taking into account UK GDPR legislation.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
