If you join us, you can play your part as an Emerging Talent Advisor at one of our key UK sites, near Warrington (Cheshire), Leicester (Leicestershire) or Bristol.
The role:
- Managing a dedicated caseload of graduates and apprentices, supporting their performance, welfare and development.
- Working closely with line managers to monitor progress and ensure programme requirements are met.
- Coordinating with training providers to track academic and vocational achievements.
- Supporting recruitment and selection activities for new early careers talent.
- Delivering outreach, community engagement and development programme activities.
Essential experience:
- Experience in recruitment, human resources, learning and development, education or a related field.
- Demonstrating strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Showing empathy, resilience and a proactive approach to supporting individuals.
- Managing multiple priorities with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word with confidence.
Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
