The role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience and contributing to projects that make a real difference. Day-to-day, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operation, ensuring that materials and components flow seamlessly to support Babcock Vehicle Engineering projects. This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver essential services that keep our customers moving.
- Complete a variety of warehousing tasks to support operations
- Action supplier deliveries through the inbound receipting process
- Maintain stock integrity by checking compliance, certificates, and shelf life
- Pick and prepare outbound orders accurately for customer requirements
- Ensure all goods are packaged correctly for onward distribution
This role is full time, 39 hours per week and is based on site at Walsall, West Midlands.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and NPPV security clearance for this role.
