The role:

  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner, helping the business attract, engage and secure talented people across both permanent and contingent hiring.
  • Influence hiring strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships and play a key role in delivering workforce solutions within a complex project environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Partner with hiring managers, project leaders and customers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Work closely with our recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider partners to ensure a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Analyse recruitment data and workforce trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive project-based recruitment campaigns to deliver the right people with the right skills at the right time.

This role is based at Bristol. You will work 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available. Travel to customer offices in Bridgwater is expected approximately two days per week, alongside occasional travel to meetings and other business locations as required.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience designing and embedding sourcing strategies within a complex organisational environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale recruitment campaigns or project-based hiring programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience using Excel and reporting tools to analyse data and support business decisions.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national and able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
