Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: 4 days on 4 days off, 40.25 hours
Salary: OTE £34,000 per annum (made up of basic pay, overtime, on call allowance and bonuses)

Responsibilities:
- Travelling to residential sites via HGV in a two‑person team, around the region powering a high‑pressure water jet for restoration.
- Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
- Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided.
- Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
- Deliver good customer service.
- Maintain good H&S practice while carrying out works.
- Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
- Comply with health and safety responsibilities, i.e. PPE, safe site set‑ups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users.
- Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms.
- Liaise with the client regarding progress and any updates.
- Work unsupervised in all weather conditions utilising correct PPE and lone worker system.
- Dynamically risk assess site access & working conditions depending on specific circumstances on arrival.
- Provide support to colleagues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before/after use.
- Report any defects or malfunctions in regard to training.
- Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception.
- Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them.
- Perform any other reasonable ad‑hoc duties requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Hard working and respectful, and comply with health and safety standards.
- Experience in the use of high‑pressure jetting equipment is useful but not essential.
- Other drainage qualifications (e.g. NRSWA and Confined Spaces) are an advantage.
