The role:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support the wider Contract Management teams in planning, coordinating, and delivering Continuous Improvement (CI) projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both the London Fire Brigade Fleet Contract (LFB) and New Dimensions Contracts (ND), helping ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and monitor project progress
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Support contracts in transitioning to and utilising Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both contracts
- Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Ruislip, West London. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Essential experience:
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Qualifications:
- Association for Project Management Fundamentals
- Association for Project Management Project Management Qualification.
