  • Supporting the Operations Director on all commercial aspects of site delivery, governance and performance
  • Managing commercial responsibility for major site capital projects, implementing structured and compliant procurement plans
  • Advising supply chain teams on subcontract negotiations, contract terms and best commercial practice
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful delivery

You’ll work 36 hours per week, mostly within the standard working week, based at Rosyth Royal Dockyard. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expectation of being onsite for at least two to three days per week.

Essential experience includes:

  • Strong operational commercial experience within complex, regulated environments
  • Detailed knowledge of commercial terms, agreements and commercial strategy
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and risk management skills
  • Experience working to tight governance and delivery deadlines
