The role:
- As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the performance and long‑term supportability of complex engineering systems.
- You’ll work at the heart of Integrated Logistics Support, applying reliability, maintainability and availability principles to influence design decisions, reduce risk and maximise operational effectiveness.
- Day-to-day, you’ll build upon proven communication skills to convey complex technical details to a wide range of stakeholders developing domain knowledge to resolve problems and support the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Function.
Essential experience of the Reliability Engineer:
- Proven engineering knowledge and experience within a complex or regulated environment.
- Ability to analyse complex engineering problems and present clear, accessible outputs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders positively.
- A proactive approach, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Motivation to own and shape your long‑term career development.
Qualifications for the Reliability Engineer:
- A STEM qualification, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal education.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
