We are seeking an inspiringand ambitious Deputy Headteacher/SENCO to help lead the continued developmentof teaching, learning, curriculum and inclusion at Westende Junior School.Working closely with the Executive Headteacher, you will play a key strategicrole in driving school improvement, strengthening classroom practice,developing staff expertise and ensuring that every pupil receives the supportand challenge they need to thrive.

This role combinesleadership of teaching and learning with strategic responsibility for SEND andinclusion.
