Wescot Credit Services is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the HR Partnering & Advisory team in Telford. The role is full-time and hybrid (35 hours/week, 2–3 days in office).

You will partner with business stakeholders to advise on strategic change and employee relations, supporting a positive colleague journey across locations.

The ideal candidate has extensive HR generalist experience, strong stakeholder management, and CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
