Are you a friendly, organised and motivated individual with a passion for customer service? Wescot Credit Services are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our Facilities team in the vibrant Telford office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome. You'll also manage admin tasks.
Your package
- Salary: £13,218.40 based on a 20 hour week

- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm (20 hours per week)
- Location: Fully office based - TF3 4NT
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and courteous welcome.
- Issue ID badges for new colleagues, visitors and contractors, ensuring restricted access controls are approved.
- Produce monthly access reports and update building access via the control system.
- Undertake Health & Safety related duties including acting as a DSE representative, carrying out DSE assessments whilst ensuring maintenance of the DSE Assessment Log.
- Place orders for stationery as required and keep an accurate record of stock.
- Receive and distribute deliveries updating the relevant colleagues and spreadsheets.
- Carry out monthly premises inspections and take prompt action to report any issues.
- Ensure all faults are logged and contractors’ reports are filed accordingly.
- Assist with reception and facilities shared Outlook duties as and when required.
You’re someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- An ability to work confidentially with integrity and discretion.
- A flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience of working within a reception environment is desirable but not essential.
