Lead Warehouse Operative
Location: Mirfield Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, rotating weekly pattern of 08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00
Overview
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Incora places customers at the heart of our business.
In this PC-based role you will manage the flow of work through the Hardware Shipping department, providing first-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Control and organise the operations team to meet customer deadlines.
- Support the Department Manager with KPI reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for any urgent escalations.
- Communicate with external carriers about shipment queries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Warehouse Operative, Supervisor or Warehouse Lead.
- Team player who thrives under pressure and excels at prioritising workload.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
