We are looking for a Founding-level Product Engineer who prioritises user workflows over isolated features. This is a role for an engineer who wants to own the product vision, build the architecture end-to-end, and deliver directly to customers.
The Role
You will transform complex industrial processes into elegant, high-performance digital workflows. You are a fit if you enjoy deciding what should exist as much as how it should be built.
Core Technical Profile
- Product Engineering: Proven ability to build full-cycle user workflows, from high-fidelity UI to backend architecture.
- Frontend: Expert-level TypeScript and React (or similar modern frameworks).
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Python for building scalable services and data models.
- AI & Automation: Experience deploying AI-driven features, including LLMs and autonomous agents, into production.
- Judgment: Opinionated about product-market fit, knowing when to polish and when to ship.
What You'll Achieve
- Day 1 Deployment: You will be shipping code to production immediately upon joining.
- Total Ownership: You’ll manage the entire feature lifecycle—writing specs, architecting the solution, and iterating based on user data.
- Problem Solving: You’re comfortable moving between deep backend logic, UI refinement, and direct customer interaction.
Background & Experience
- Early-Stage DNA: Ideally, you have experience as a founder or a key hire at a venture-backed, stealth-stage startup.
- Venture Fellowship Background: Experience in high-intensity founder ecosystems or elite technical fellowships is a major plus.
- Adaptability: You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments where requirements evolve rapidly and the roadmap isn't always linear.
Benefits & Environment
- Location: In-person role based in London.
- Support: We offer comprehensive relocation support and full visa sponsorship.
- Perks: Competitive equity, covered meals, and the best tools available.
- Culture: A high-trust, high-velocity team with zero bureaucracy.
