What Are We Looking For?

Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join the team in Basingstoke on a full-time permanent basis.

Supporting our growing commercial team, you’ll play a key role in tracking Purchase and Work Orders, managing invoices and payments, liaising with clients, and keeping project accounts and financial records up to date.

Some of Your Key Duties Include

  • Provide administrative support for tracking Client Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
  • Collate, submit and track sales invoices / applications for payments.
  • Liaise with Clients, new and existing, regarding Purchase Orders and aged debt
  • Ensuring all admin is documented and filed in the correct manner.
  • General admin support for the wider commercial team (costs, budgeting and cash flow projections).
  • Ensuring project accounts details are updated

What Do You Need?

  • Good IT literacy with competency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driven individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Proactive individual who has great personable skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
