About The Role
You will be a key part of the in‑house design team within the marketing department, reporting directly to the Graphic Design Manager. You will deliver a strong level of creative content across all Wernick Group companies, projects, products and business units, taking ownership of your workload from initial brief through to final delivery.
Main Duties
- Design and deliver a wide range of marketing materials, including adverts, brochures, catalogues and leaflets.
- Produce high‑quality professional Service Level Agreements, tender and proposal documents.
- Create and maintain visual content for the company website and intranet.
- Design engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns and digital channels.
- Produce print and digital mail shots, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
- Support marketing events, exhibitions and internal campaigns with creative assets.
- Independently and confidentially create short‑form video/motion graphic content.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Manager and wider marketing team and other departments.
- Support and mentor junior members of the design team when required.
- Support and assist with the ever‑growing brand development across the Group.
- Maintain high creative standards and consistent brand application across all outputs.
Essential Criteria
- Degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience working at a middleweight graphic designer level within an in‑house or agency environment.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
- Experience working across both print and digital media.
- Team player, with strong organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.

- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a distinct advantage.
