Opportunity
We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Kenfig. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key part in building and preparing our modular units to the highest standards. Whether you’re experienced or looking to develop new skills, full training and support will be provided.
Working Hours
39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 6:15am – 4:30pm
Location: Wernick Buildings Kenfig, Unit 3A, Kenfig Industrial Estate, Port Talbot, Wales, Glamorgan, SA13 2PE.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the work area
- Handling materials including lightweight steel and timber
- Supporting production activities as directed by your Supervisor
- Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets
