Wernick Buildings is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join the team at our Kenfig facility. You will drive technical designs, coordinate across RIBA stages, and prepare detailed drawings for manufacturing and construction.
You will also process design amendments, manage contract variations, submit planning applications and support BIM-driven projects with Revit libraries, while applying BREEAM standards and current building regulations.
