About The Role
Are you leaving school this summer?
You’re invited to join our 12‑18 month Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Predict a Grade 4 or above in Maths and English, look for real progression, and earn while you learn.

After successful completion you may become a fully fledged Hire Controller with opportunities to progress further.

What Will You Do?
- Settle in, meet the team & learn how the business works.
- Build confidence, develop customer service skills & handle enquiries.
- Master IT systems, manage documents & understand business operations.
- Gain expertise in problem‑solving, project management & business improvement.
- Complete an exciting final project, prove your skills & secure a full‑time role as a Hire Controller.
You will be paired with an experienced Hire Controller or Senior Hire Controller, who will guide you throughout the apprenticeship, supported by the depot staff.
One day a week is dedicated to workshops with your training provider.
