Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant
Permanent, Part‑time (20 hours per week), Term Time (39 weeks per year). To commence 1st September 2026.
Salary Pro rata of points 7 – 11 of the Support Pay Spine for schools (£26,403 – £28,142). Current pay range £12,581 – £13,409 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of designated teachers and/or senior leaders to provide work, care, and support programmes, enabling pupils to access learning.
- Assist the teacher in managing students and the classroom.
- Carry out work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area under the guidance of teaching staff and/or senior leaders.
