As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to help shape and deliver our marketing strategy.
The Role
As Marketing Coordinator at WERKS, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimising our marketing activity across all channels. You'll be responsible for conducting market and competitor research, supporting the development of a clear and consistent marketing strategy, and ensuring our brand, messaging, and campaigns effectively drive enquiries, viewings, and occupancy across our spaces. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with creative execution, sales support, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Research
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform and support WERKS' marketing strategy
- Monitor industry trends, local business activity, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities
- Support the development of clear, data-led marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Ensure research and insights are consistently documented and used to guide decision making
- Sales & Lead Support
- Manage and oversee marketing and sales support functions
- Undertake sales viewings across WERKS sites when required
- Update and maintain accurate sales and availability information
- Complete and manage CMS entries for all sales leads and enquiries
- Liaise with prospective clients from enquiry through to onboarding
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow WERKS' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand messaging
- Capture content on-site, including photos, videos, Reels, and short-form content
- Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
- Support campaigns to promote office availability, events, community initiatives, and partnerships
- Content, SEO & Messaging
- Develop written content for website pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media
- Support SEO activity including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content development
- Ensure consistent key messaging across all platforms and touch points
- Maintain and update website content as required
- Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, create, and send email marketing campaigns to members and prospects
- Support promotional campaigns for office space, events, and community initiatives
- Maintain and segment mailing lists to improve engagement and performance
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse marketing performance across digital channels
- Produce regular reports on social media growth, website traffic, email performance, and lead generation
- Use insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI
- General & Ad Hoc
- Support the delivery and promotion of events and community initiatives
- Collaborate with team members across sites to ensure consistent brand experience
- Assist with partnerships, collaborations, and local marketing activity
- Carry out ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required
- Helping out cafe staff making coffees when needed
About You
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role (or relevant qualification)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing multiple platforms and priorities
- Creative, organised, and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- Interest in community-driven brands, co-working, or the creative/business ecosystem
- Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools is desirable
- Basic barista experience desirable
