- Developing a unified community strategy across titles and across media channels including in-person events, digital, and print
What you will do …
- Develop overarching community strategy - that pulls together and leverages the strengths of our editorial expertise and ‘human intelligence’ to build and develop niche B2B communities, using in-person events, industry awards, online forums, and everything in between
- Align community development goals with business objectives - linking community metrics to revenue, marketing impact, and product development
- Lead cross-functional collaboration - working closely with Editorial, Events, Marketing, and Commercial teams at senior level
- Own event programming and event content - shaping conferences, awards programmes, and speaker line-up to maximise audience value
- Drive innovation in community formats - launching new initiatives, integrating online and offline experiences, and creating continuous engagement loops
