Job Overview
Compass Group Nederland is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst for a 9‑month role focused on enhancing services for children and young people through data‑driven insights. The role involves managing and analysing data to aid decision‑making, supporting various teams, and ensuring compliance with data reporting requirements. The team aims to use data to drive positive social impact.

Responsibilities
- Capture, manage, and transform high‑quality data into insightful intelligence.
- Develop and maintain efficient data systems with the Head of Data Insights & Intelligence.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to aid decision‑making across the organization.
- Guide teams in accessing and interpreting data, ensuring compliance with national data reporting requirements.
- Utilise technical skills and tools such as Power BI to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Solve data challenges and improve data quality.
