We’re looking for a Furry Digital Artist & Animator to join our Marketing Team full-time. You’ll be the creative force behind our artwork, promotional graphics, and animated content, working on everything from furry character illustrations and product launch graphics to social media campaigns and adverts.

Job Brief
As our in-house Furry Digital Artist & Animator, you’ll collaborate with the Marketing Lead and the rest of the team to create engaging visual content for customers across all platforms. You’ll draw original character artwork, design campaign graphics, and create animated content for web and social media.
Your work will help define and promote the Weredog brand, making this a key creative role in our Marketing Team.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bristol. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Job Duties
- Create original furry and fantasy-themed character artwork for use in marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media
- Design promotional graphics, banners, adverts, and web assets
- Produce short animations or animated assets for social media, advertising, and product promotions, including character loops, motion graphics, or simple animations
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and deliver visual ideas
- Adapt your artistic style to suit different projects while maintaining high visual quality
- Take feedback constructively and contribute creative ideas to campaigns
- Manage your workload to meet deadlines for both planned campaigns and quick-turnaround projects
- Keep project files organized and follow brand guidelines
Starting salary of £33,000 per year.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio featuring character artwork, especially furry, fantasy, or creature art
- Animation skills, including character loops, animated graphics, or motion design
- Proficiency with digital illustration tools such as Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, or Procreate
- Comfortable creating adult-themed content in a professional and respectful environment
- Graphic design skills, with experience creating marketing assets for web and social media
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Able to work full-time on-site at our Bristol facility
- Good time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Experience in marketing or commercial illustration is a plus
