In direct link with the General Manager of REPERTOIRE CULINAIRE head office based in Mitcham, a new Sales Representative specialised in pastry is required to develop key accounts, improve portfolio business and support expansion in the Greater Melbourne area.
- Represent the company towards its customers
- Develop new business strategies to target existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
- Benchmark market trends to ensure that the Company’s product range and pricing meet market requirements
- Take responsibility for and lead the execution of agreed sales strategies
- Identify and measure the visibility of our exclusive brands using innovative tools (TV show, supervise digital marketing, sponsor media) and improve it
- Build and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, and stakeholder executive sponsors
- Create a loyalty scheme for our key customers supported by our manufacturers in France to reward and initiate upselling
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage the representation of the business during festivals, events, PR, and shows
- Assist the Director with analytic sales reports for budget and shareholding meetings
- Identify key areas of business to recruit, train, and supervise the sales team
- Create and implement monthly targets (bonus scheme) for the team of sales representatives and sales assistants
