We are looking for a skilled Mid-level Texture and Shading Artists to join our team for an exciting 3D animated series. You will be responsible for creating high-quality textures and materials that bring characters, props, and environments to life. Working closely with the modeling, lighting, and rendering teams, you will ensure that all assets align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the production.

Type of contract: Fixed-term Employee contract.

Location: On-site in Tenerife. Remote work for this position won\’t be possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and apply high-quality textures, materials, and shaders for characters, props, and environments.

  • Develop procedural and hand-painted textures, ensuring consistency with the artistic direction.

  • Optimize textures and shaders for efficiency in production and rendering.

  • Collaborate with modeling and lighting teams to ensure seamless asset integration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to texturing and shading.

  • Maintain an organized workflow and optimize texture files for production.
