Here at ESCP Business School we are currently looking for a Recruitment Executive for our BiM and MiM programmes. You will be responsible for the recruitment of our full-time Bachelor in Management (BSc) and Master in Management (MiM). Your primary role will be to represent the School, recruit and assess qualified candidates, engage with prospective students, and deliver student conversion initiatives. The Recruitment Executive will collaborate closely with the London Campus Recruitment & Admissions team to coordinate recruitment efforts and meet the sales target for both programmes.
This is a varied and demanding role that requires a good understanding of management education and higher education markets. This role requires a strong, demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities Include
Planning and Evaluation
- Plan and forecast the annual recruitment activities with the Senior Manager for Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (BiM & MiM) and the London Campus Recruitment team.
- Creation and execution of the recruitment & student conversion plan to meet overall seated targets.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of these plans according to key performance indicators, providing weekly and monthly recruitment reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager for Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions (BiM & MiM), the London Campus Recruitment team, and Programme Directors to regularly assess needs and priorities related to recruitment for the programmes.
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key international recruitment sources (e.g., The University Guys, UCAS, QS, Access), alumni, and commercial partners.
- Organise and coordinate logistics for events and fairs, including information sessions, local and international fairs, open days, and other recruitment activities.
- Represent the School at on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, both locally and internationally.
- Manage Student Ambassadors to support recruitment strategy and events.
- Develop strong internal relationships across Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams at all ESCP campuses.
- Implement agreed student conversion plans using a mix of email campaigns, phone calls, and personal engagement techniques.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Bachelor in Management (BSc) and Master in Management programmes' enquiries.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager for Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (BiM & MiM) and Marketing team to support marketing strategy implementation by providing key recruitment data.
Communications and Marketing
- Manage the lead pipeline through the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up.
- Ensure communication from the initial enquiry through to the application submission.
- Develop a schedule of regular email communications to enquirers to promote the programme/school/events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan for prospective candidates.
Benchmarking and Research
- Undertake regular competitor analysis and identify new recruitment events and market opportunities.
